Job summary

St Trinity Property Group is seeking a results-driven Sales Associate to join our remote call centre. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, spark interest, qualify inquiries, and book appointments for Sales Consultants, driving revenue for the business.

You’ll work from home with uncapped commissions, full access to our CRM, training and leadership support, and a path for career progression within a growing Australian property group.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in the Australian property market.
• Proven experience as Appointment Setter or Lead Generator.
• Clear, confident, and persuasive communication.
• Excellent listening and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to marketing-qualified leads from our CRM.
• Build rapport and understand each client’s goals, needs, and motivations.
• Confidently discuss our property projects and the Australian property market at a high level.
• Handle initial questions and objections with clarity and professionalism.
• Educate prospective clients and guide them toward the next step.

• Accurately log call outcomes, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM.
