Job summary

Resolver Recruitment is seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Associate to support a busy Director and sales team in Sydney's South East. You will manage the full sales process from prospecting and appraisals through to campaigns, open homes and settlements.

With at least 2 years in residential real estate and NSW registration, you will build strong client relationships, maintain CRM records and drive opportunities in a fast-paced market alongside an established industry professional.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential real estate sales.

• Conducting cold and warm calls to prospective clients
• Building and maintaining relationships with buyers and vendors
• Managing and nurturing the sales database
• Assisting with appraisals and listing presentations

• Supporting property campaigns from listing through to settlement
• Liaising with vendors, buyers and internal stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and client information
• Providing day-to-day support to the Director

Are you an experienced Real Estate Sales Associate looking to take the next step in your career? This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a highly successful Director within Sydney's South East, supporting a busy and high-performing sales business.
We're looking for a driven and motivated Sales Associate with a minimum of 2 years' real estate sales experience who is ready to take ownership, build strong client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of an established sales team.

About the role

Working directly alongside a successful Director, you'll be involved across the entire sales process, from prospecting and appraisals through to campaigns, open homes, buyer management and settlement.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to learn from an established industry professional, strengthen their sales skills and continue progressing towards a successful long-term career in real estate.

Skills & experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience within residential real estate sales
• Previous experience as a Sales Associate or similar
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Strong prospecting and business development skills
• Confident and professional communication style
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Highly motivated, driven and results-focused
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Ability to thrive within a fast-paced sales environment
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
