Duties

• Become the Director's right hand person, managing buyer enquiry, following up database activity and ensuring every lead is nurtured professionally. Every conversation contributes to future business.
• Coordinate open inspections, private appointments and listing preparation while supporting appraisals, marketing campaigns and the day-to-day workflow that keeps transactions moving seamlessly.
• Work closely with buyers and vendors throughout the sales process, gaining exposure to negotiations, client management and the strategies that consistently win listings.
• Prospect for new business opportunities, maintain accurate CRM records and gradually build the foundations of a successful sales career.
