Job summary

Trek Bicycle Corp (Australia) is hiring Sales Associates on the Sunshine Coast to deliver exceptional hospitality and help customers find the right bikes, gear and services. You will support daily operations, hit personal goals, and grow skills through continuous training.

Ideal candidates bring energy and a passion for customer service, with strong communication and teamwork. A positive attitude and reliability are essential for success in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver hospitality and create outstanding customer experiences while supporting daily store operations.
  • Develop sales and customer service skills through formal training and on-the-job practice.
  • Use lead lists to stay engaged with customers and drive sales.
  • Participate in daily huddles and store debriefs to stay aligned with the team.
  • Make customer-centric decisions to create positive experiences.
  • Respond to phone calls and store emails professionally and helpfully.
  • Assist with warranty cases and coordinate with inventory for exchanges.
  • Learn Trek bike products, components, apparel and technology.
  • Assist with opening/closing, operate Ascend POS, and end-of-day cash-up.
  • Keep showroom and back-of-house clean, organized, and merchandised.
