Baby Bunting is seeking Seasonal Casual Retail Sales Assistants to support customers and ensure a smooth in-store experience across our network in Australia. You’ll help customers locate products, replenish stock, and maintain presentation during the festive rush.

Hourly rates vary by age and shifts, with higher rates on weekends and public holidays. Training is provided and a strong team spirit is valued to assist families through the busy season.

Formación

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is beneficial.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team and adapt to busy periods.
• Reliability, approachability and a positive attitude are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Support Customers – Create a friendly in-store experience and assist customers in finding products.
• Keep Things Flowing – Replenish stock, assist with deliveries, maintain store presentation, and help prepare orders.
• Follow Safety & Compliance – Work safely, follow store policies, and report risks or hazards.
• Be Flexible – Available to work across weekdays, evenings and weekends during the festive rush.

Seasonal Casual Retail Sales Assistant – Baby Bunting

We’re looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Casual Retail Sales Assistants to join our stores from mid-October through to the end of January.

We have 70+ stores across Australia, with opportunities available across our network. When completing your application, you’ll be asked to select your top 3 preferred store locations - so you can choose what works best for you & we will do our best to accommodate your number one preference however it will be based on business needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Seasonal Casual, you’ll help create memorable in-store experiences for our customers:

• Support Customers – Provide a friendly in-store experience, help customers find products, and connect them with team members when needed
• Keep Things Flowing – Replenish stock, assist with deliveries, maintain store presentation, and help prepare customer orders
• Follow Safety & Compliance – Work safely, follow store policies, and report any risks or hazards
• Be Flexible – Work across weekdays, evenings, and weekends during the festive rush
