Job summary

Baby Bunting Pty is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Casual Retail Sales Assistants to support our stores across Australia during the festive season. You’ll help create memorable in-store experiences, assist customers with product selection, and support with stock replenishment and order preparation.

Roles are casual seasonal, requiring flexibility across weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Training is provided, and you’ll join a friendly team committed to helping families during the busy period.

Qualifications

• Friendly in-store customer service approach.
• Able to work across weekdays, evenings and weekends during peak periods.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced seasonal environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift and move merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly in-store experience, help customers find products and connect them with team members.
• Replenish stock, assist with deliveries, maintain store presentation, and prepare customer orders.
• Follow safety policies and report risks or hazards.

We’re looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Casual Retail Sales Assistants to join our stores from mid-October through to the end of January.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Seasonal Casual, you’ll help create memorable in-store experiences for our customers:

• Support Customers – Provide a friendly in-store experience, help customers find products, and connect them with team members when needed


• Keep Things Flowing – Replenish stock, assist with deliveries, maintain store presentation, and help prepare customer orders


• Follow Safety & Compliance – Work safely, follow store policies, and report any risks or hazards


• Be Flexible – Work across weekdays, evenings, and weekends during the festive rush
