Job summary

National Tiles in Warana is seeking a part-time showroom assistant to guide customers through our stunning flooring range and provide expert advice. You’ll use our design software to upload plans and create renders, then prepare quotes and follow up after visits. Stay current with products and trends through on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Interest in design or interior architecture with willingness to learn on the job.
• Ability to communicate with a diverse customer base.
• Ability to handle heavy objects and work in a showroom setting.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through product ranges and provide expert advice.
• Upload customer plans and create renders to visualise spaces.
• Create quotes and follow up with customers after visits.
• Stay updated with products and trends through training.
• Update ticketing and visual merchandise in line with plans.
• Collaborate with the team to add value and recommendations.
• Maintain showroom standards and safety compliance.

We have an incredible opportunity to join our Warana store. You will offer flooring solutions and expert advice to your customers, ensuring their experience is second to none.

This is a great opportunity for those who have studied design or are passionate about interior architecture. Upload our customer floor plans and display renders to help our customer visualise their future homes and projects.

The role

• Take our customers through our stunning range of products and offer expert advice
• Use our design program to upload customer plans and create stunning renders to help visualise their spaces
• Create customer quotes and follow up after their visit
• Stay up to date with the latest products and trends through training and resources
• Update ticketing and Visual Merchandise in line with planograms
• Go above and beyond, identifying opportunities to provide additional value and recommendations
• Work collaboratively within a friendly and dynamic team
• Maintain high showroom standards, ensuring things are kept clean and tidy
• Actively promote safety and abides by all OH&S policies and procedures
