Blue Illusion Pty in Sunshine Plaza is seeking a Full Time Sales Assistant to lead a boutique team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales with styling expertise.

You will participate in community events, maintain store presentation, and work Tuesday to Saturday with a supportive, purpose-driven brand in a family-owned Australian business.

Applicants must have valid working rights in Australia or New Zealand.

• Achieving sales targets through exceptional customer service, styling expertise, and product knowledge.
• Supporting the delivery of community events and boutique experiences in partnership with the Regional Manager.
• Representing Blue Illusion with passion and professionalism, bringing our brand values and French-inspired aesthetic to life.
• Building strong relationships within the local community, fostering connections with customers and local organisations.
• Creating meaningful and lasting customer relationships through personalised service and styling advice.
• Inspiring customers with thoughtful outfit recommendations, becoming their trusted Style Confidante.
• Supporting the day-to-day operations of the boutique, ensuring high standards of presentation, service and efficiency.
• Working collaboratively with the boutique team to create a positive, engaged and high-performing store environment.

About the Role

As the Full Time Sales Assistant, you will be the heartbeat of our boutique, leading a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial success. This is a full time roster position working Tuesday to Saturday.
