Anytime Fitness Woy Woy is seeking a dynamic Club Manager to lead daily operations and drive membership growth on the Central Coast. You will foster a welcoming, high-energy environment while ensuring the gym is maintained to the highest standards.

The role emphasizes sales, leadership, and exceptional member service, with flexible hours mainly Tue–Thu, Fri, Sat shifts. A passion for fitness and a positive culture are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• First Aid and Working with Children checks.
• Must live on the Central Coast and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation, calls, appointments, tours and selling memberships.
• Administration management and customer service resolution.
• Maintain facilities to high standards, safety, and equipment upkeep.
• Drive member retention and engagement programs.
• Meet KPIs and contribute to club culture and appreciation.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced team member to join Anytime Fitness Woy Woy. You will be responsible for helping drive the key metrics of the business, ensuring the gym is maintained to the highest standards, and creating a welcoming environment for all members. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a passion for fitness, excellent leadership skills, sales skills and a fun personality. This is a big club with a lovely community vibe and we require the right person to take the reins and lead.

Key responsibilities

• Lead generation and outreach, call drives, appointments, tours and selling memberships
• Administration management
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve member issues in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure the facility is maintained to the highest standards, including cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance
• Member retention activities and member engagement
• Member challenges and member engagement
• Meeting KPIs
• Create a positive club culture with a strong focus on member appreciation
