Anytime Fitness in North Sydney is seeking an energetic Club Manager to lead our North Sydney sites. You will oversee daily operations, mentor club staff and foster a welcoming, results-driven culture.

Work with local partners and our marketing team to grow sales, retention and community engagement while ensuring OH&S and franchise guidelines are followed. This full-time role offers leadership training and a path for career development.

The Day-to-Day

• Oversee the full day-to-day operations of your club, keeping your gym spotless, functional and welcoming for all members
• Build and develop your own team within the club
• Facilitate strong community engagement while establishing partnerships with local businesses
• Drive, track and manage key deliverables in sales, retention and growth
• Work alongside our dedicated marketing team to produce high-quality social media strategies
• Ensure club compliance with franchise guidelines relating to OH&S, maintenance and operations

Requirements:

• Current First Aid & CPR certification
