Anytime Fitness Penrith, under new ownership, seeks a high-energy Club Manager who loves sales, leads a team, and helps members feel confident and supported. You will be the face of the club, driving results, coaching staff, and ensuring a welcoming, professional member experience.

In this role you will drive sales performance, lead retention initiatives, oversee daily operations, and manage local marketing to maintain high standards of service and club presentation.

About the Role: Club Manager, you'll be the face of the club and lead from the front. You'll drive results, coach the team, and make sure every member experience is welcoming, professional, and consistent.

What you'll be doing (key responsibilities)

• Drive sales performance by managing leads, tours, follow-up, and conversions to hit monthly targets

• Own the member experience - meet, greet, support, and resolve issues quickly and professionally

• Execute local marketing including community outreach and managing the club's online presence

• Oversee daily operations supplier coordination, and facility presentation

• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall club environment
