Omen Printing, based in Burleigh Heads, seeks a part-time Sales and Factory Assistant to support customers with product selection, take orders, and help maintain production workflows across sales and production areas.

This role offers part-time flexibility with potential for full-time, providing exposure to both sales and manufacturing environments and opportunities to develop skills in printing processes and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Client consultation - support customers with product selection and recommendations
• Take orders and maintain accurate records of customer requirements
• Proof Mockups - create a visual mockup of the order for customer review and approval
• Pipeline and Quoting - handle inbound leads, follow up on quotes and maintain customer data
• Prepare orders for production and coordinating with factory staff
• Assist with factory operations, including basic production tasks and quality checks
• Package and prepare completed orders for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace in both sales and factory areas

About the role

We are seeking a Sales and Factory Assistant to join our team at our Burleigh Heads location. This is a part-time position, (F/T may be offered) with the opportunity to develop skills across both sales and production environments. You'll play a key part in providing excellent customer experiences and help to maintain smooth factory operations.

What you'll be doing

Client consultation - support customers with product selection and provide helpful recommendations

Take orders and maintain accurate records of customer requirements

Willingness to learn about printing processes and products

Previous experience in printing, sales or manufacturing is desirable but not essential
