Job summary

AUTOrecruit in Brisbane is seeking a Registration Clerk to join a fast-paced dealership team. You will handle registration, transfer and acquisition processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You’ll review vehicle deals, calculate gross profit/loss, and enter trade-ins and used car purchases into the DMS. The role also covers cancellations, plate surrenders and other admin tasks, with a flexible schedule and paid overtime for extra hours.

Qualifications

• Experience handling registration, transfer and acquisition processes.
• Proven skills with Autoreg and Queensland Transport procedures.
• Experience entering vehicle deals and managing admin tasks.

Are you a skilled Registration Clerk looking to work in a fast-paced, dynamic dealership environment? Based in South Brisbane, this is your chance to join a high-performing team where your experience will be truly valued.

The dealership is seeking a “diamond in the rough” – someone who can hit the ground running and help balance out a team currently training two newer recruits. Ideally, you'll bring proven skills in Autoreg and Queensland Transport processes, and a solid grasp of vehicle deal processing.

What you'll be doing:

Handling all registration, transfer and acquisition processes

Costing and calculating gross profit/loss on vehicle deals

Entering trade-ins and used car purchases into the DMS

Managing cancellations, plate surrenders and admin tasks

Working with AutoIT or similar dealership management systems

Hours:

Full-time: Ideally 9am–5pm, with flexibility for the right person

Paid overtime for all additional hours worked
