Job summary

Ramm Botanicals on the Central Coast is seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team. The role involves all aspects of sales administration and logistics, with emphasis on accuracy and teamwork. On-the-job training will be provided, and previous sales administration experience is desirable.

Own transport is essential as the site is not accessible by public transport. The position is permanent, offering 32 to 38 hours per week in a friendly, supportive horticultural business where staff

Qualifications

• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to contribute to a team.
• Experience with Excel and MYOB Acumatica is highly desirable.
• Awareness of WHS practices and safe work procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process order confirmations and enter customer orders.
• Create picking slips, invoicing and dispatch documentation.
• Book freight and prepare manifests.
• Maintain stock records and receipts in stock.
• Record stock levels and manage stockreceipts.
• Maintain mailing and sales comparison files.
• Answer phones and handle customer enquiries.

Ramm Botanicals is a medium-sized, family-owned business located on the beautiful Central Coast. We are an integrated tissue culture laboratory and nursery production facility producing high-quality plants for both domestic and international markets.

We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team.

We're looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys being part of a dynamic team. The position involves all aspects of sales administration and logistics with a strong emphasis on teamwork, attention to detail, and reliability. Whilst on-the-job training will be provided previous sales administration experience is highly desirable.

• Order confirmations
• Create picking slips, invoicing and dispatch documentation
