Suntory Oceania is seeking an Administration Coordinator to join the Swanbank team. You will keep operations moving, connect people, and ensure information flows efficiently across Sales and Operations. You’ll be the go-to for reporting, scheduling, PO management and data accuracy.

We're looking for an Administration Coordinator to become a key part of our Swanbank team. This role is about much more than administration, you'll be the person who keeps things moving, connects people, ensures information flows efficiently and helps our teams operate at their best.
