Job summary

Pure Sleep Bedding in Brisbane is seeking a friendly, outgoing Sales, Administration & Marketing Assistant for a part-time role. You will help customers in the showroom, support day-to-day administration and have opportunities to contribute to marketing tasks.

The position offers 2–3 days per week with potential for extra hours as needed. Ideal candidates are reliable, approachable and eager to learn, with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales or front-of-house experience preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and interpersonal skills.
• Able to learn product knowledge quickly and assist across roles.
• Reliable, flexible and willing to contribute to marketing tasks when needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers in showroom and assisting with mattress and bedding sales.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and answer inquiries.
• Process sales, invoices, payments and customer orders.
• Assist with day-to-day administration and data entry.
• Maintain a clean, presentable showroom and surrounding areas.
• Support marketing tasks including Canva designs and digital advertising when required.
• Assist the wider team with general day-to-day operations.
