Job summary

Snooze Mandurah is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team. This role offers a mix of weekdays, weekends, and public holidays with flexibility essential to meet store needs.

You will build rapport with customers, provide expert sleep solutions, and contribute to store presentation and daily operations. Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential, and basic computer skills are welcome, with Pronto knowledge a bonus.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in selling big-ticket items is preferred, but not essential.
• Natural relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude, energy and the ability to inspire others.
• Collaborate with your team to hit targets and store goals.
• Physically able to walk the floor and lift/move stock when required.
• Adept with computer skills; Pronto experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
• Provide expert sleep solutions and deliver exceptional customer experiences reflecting Snooze's brand.
• Collaborate with the team in day-to-day store operations.
• Merchandise bedrooms, lift stock, operate computers, and walk the floor.
• Champion store presentation and maintain operational standards.
