Job summary

Snooze Management Pty in Melbourne (Hoppers Crossing) is seeking a Sales Assistant on a part-time or casual basis. You will greet customers, build relationships, and provide expert sleep solutions while contributing to a friendly, high-energy store environment.

You’ll work agreed weekdays, weekends and public holidays, with 15–20 hours weekly on weekends. Prior retail experience helps but isn’t required; an incentive program rewards performance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in selling big ticket items is preferred, but not essential.
• Customer-focused actions.
• Confident and professional communication skills.
• The ability to use a computer.
• The hunger to achieve sales targets and KPI's.
• The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the physical strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to provide expert sleep solutions.
• Collaborate with your team in day-to-day store operations – merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, and delivering an awesome customer experience.
