Qualifications

• Experience in operating sailing training and coaching programs.
• Ability to lead Club Instructors and Coaches to maximise participant satisfaction and program revenue.
• Knowledge of relevant safety and regulatory obligations in Australian sailing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the Discover Sailing Centre and club coaching programs.
• Manage instructors and coaches to maximise revenue and member satisfaction.
• Ensure training vessels are maintained and compliant.
• Support Sailing Coordinator with on-water resources and safety.
