Job summary

Asset Training is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Trainer and Assessor to join our expanding team in Sydney. You will deliver high-quality training and assessments face-to-face at our Sydney locations, ensuring compliance with the Standards for RTOs 2025 and robust learner outcomes.

Qualifications

Vocational competencies at least to the level of the training products you deliver and assess.
Current Trainer and Assessor credentials as required under the Standards for RTOs 2025.
Sound knowledge of the Australian VET sector.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, face-to-face training programs in accordance with Asset Training's Training and Assessment Strategies.
Conduct fair, valid, reliable assessments.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to learners.
Identify learner support needs and implement appropriate support strategies.
Maintain accurate and compliant training and assessment records.
Participate in assessment validation, moderation and quality assurance activities.
Contribute to internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain current vocational competency and industry currency.
Engage with employers, industry representatives and other stakeholders.
