Job summary

Corine Duke Recruitment Pty Ltd – St Marys NSW is looking for a Quality, Compliance & Sustainability Officer to own and evolve the safety, compliance and sustainability systems. Onsite five days a week, with a clear path to leadership as the business expands.

Salary range $105,000-$125,000 plus Super, located in St Marys, Western Sydney. You will lead internal audits, coordinate external audits (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and build robust ESG reporting while partnering with a supportive Safety

Qualifications

Experience in workplace safety, compliance, governance, risk or audit.
Not a first step into compliance; ownership mindset and audit exposure preferred.
Certification upgrades and training willingness is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Run the internal audit program and coordinate external audits (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
Own quality traceability, certification evidence and the corrective action register.
Build ESG, modern slavery and sustainability reporting as customer requirements grow.
Develop Management Review and Board reporting over time.
As the business grows, expand the scope of ownership within safety and compliance.
