Responsibilities

• Provide frontline leadership to train crews and supervise day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate resources to support safe and efficient rail operations.
• Ensure compliance with network access requirements and standards.
• Coach team members to drive performance and safety.
• Implement safety requirements and communicate changes across the team.
• Monitor driver performance and safety observations.
• Collaborate with planning and network control to run trains safely.
• Build relationships with customers to improve outcomes.
