Suffolk County Council is hiring for an office-based Business Support Coordinator within the Children’s and Young People Services, Integrated Front Door team. The role focuses on safeguarding data handling, multi-agency collaboration, and timely case updates.

You will manage sensitive information, coordinate with police, health and education partners, and ensure data integrity while supporting a high-paced multidisciplinary environment.

• Manage and accurately record sensitive safeguarding information.
• Gather and collate intelligence from partner agencies (Police, Health, Education).
• Maintain high-quality, compliant data systems.
• Respond to enquiries promptly and ensure urgent concerns are escalated.
• Support clear communication across a busy multidisciplinary team.
• Arrange and support multi-agency meetings.
• Track actions and follow up on key tasks.
• Ensure processes align with safeguarding and data protection standards.
• Monitor deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Assist with real-time updates during high-priority cases.
