Job summary

Suffolk County Council is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead an Integrated Front Door team, guiding safeguarding decisions and ensuring timely, appropriate support for children and families. You’ll drive quality, performance and professional curiosity in a fast-paced, multi-agency environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
• Experience leading from the front in Children’s Social Care.
• Strong safeguarding, thresholds and risk knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead a busy, multi-agency Front Door team responsible for safeguarding decisions.
• Provide management oversight on contacts, referrals and thresholds.
• Drive performance, QA and continuous improvement across the service.
• Foster partnerships across the multi-agency network.
