Job summary

TMA Web is looking for an experienced Saddle Stitcher Operator to join our busy Adelaide production team.

If you’re hands on, mechanically minded and know your way around bindery equipment, this could be a great next move.

About the Role

You will be responsible for setting up, operating and adjusting a range of bindery equipment, including Saddle Stitchers, Folders and Guillotines, while maintaining strong quality and safety standards.

Key duties include operating Osako and Muller Martini Saddle Stitchers, MBO and Stahl folders, Polar Guillotines, completing quality checks, troubleshooting minor production issues and supporting general machine care.

About You

You will ideally have previous bindery or printing industry experience, strong mechanical aptitude, good troubleshooting skills and a strong focus on quality and safety.

Trade qualifications are desirable, however strong practical industry experience will also be considered.
