HRCheck Aust Pty Ltd is recruiting several day and afternoon shift Gluing Machine Operators for a leading Australian packaging manufacturer based in Yatala. These roles are specialist positions within a fast-paced carton converting operation, where quality, safety and precision are non-negotiable.

You will be responsible for setting up, running and troubleshooting folder gluer equipment to a consistently high standard, with a stable, permanent opportunity and genuine long-term career prospects.

Qualifications

• Proven folder gluer or gluing machine operating experience.
• Setup and changeover experience on gluing equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Commitment to quality and workplace safety.
• Background in packaging, carton converting, print, food manufacturing or similar industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Set up and complete make-ready on folder gluer machinery.
• Run complex carton jobs to specification.
• Complete product changeovers and machine adjustments.
• Troubleshoot faults and minimise downtime.
• Inspect product quality throughout each run.
• Achieve production and waste targets.
• Maintain safe work practices and follow site procedures at all times.
• Work effectively as part of the shift team.
