Job summary

Acclaimed Workforce is seeking a hands-on production role in Somerton, VIC, Melbourne's north. You will support the production and fulfilment teams to hit daily targets in a modern manufacturing environment.

This opportunity suits someone who takes pride in doing things properly, enjoys hands-on work, and can work to deadlines. Experience in production, warehousing, textiles or packing is valued and you will contribute to quality and efficiency on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, packing or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and quality checking confidence.
• Physically fit for repetitive tasks, standing all shift, and lifting up to 23kg.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the production and fulfilment teams to hit daily targets.
• Inspect finished products, identify defects, and complete basic rework.
• Assist with sewing support tasks including tacking, trimming and finishing.
• Build, roll, quality check and pack products for ecommerce orders.
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and well organised.
