• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued throughout their dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally to guests' tables, ensuring correct presentation and adherence to quality standards.
• Answer guests' questions about menu items, providing recommendations as needed, and catering to special dietary requests or restrictions.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns or complaints, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining a clean and organised dining area.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for meal service, ensuring proper arrangement and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Upsell food and beverage items and promote special offers to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
• Follow all safety and hygiene standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about our food and beverage offerings, current promotions, and resort facilities to provide accurate information to guests.

Requirements:
