Job summary

Constant Contact, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager to anchor our Australian software team from Brisbane. You will be a true player/coach, mentoring engineers, applying Domain-Driven Design, and balancing stability with innovation to drive regional engineering success.

You’ll bridge global strategy and local execution, partnering with product, sales and marketing while maintaining security, compliance and scalable architecture in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience leading development teams in a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) to modular, scalable SaaS architectures.
• Experience balancing system stability with fast-paced product roadmaps.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
