Job summary

The Access Group in Sydney is seeking an energetic Digital Sales Account Executive to generate new SaaS opportunities and guide prospects through the Lightyear journey to trial and adoption.

You will handle inbound and outbound outreach, demonstrate value, and negotiate commercial terms, working closely with the APAC Digital Sales Lead to achieve annual targets. This is a hybrid Sydney-based role with emphasis on customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SaaS sales experience with a technology focus.
• Consultative approach in qualifying prospects as viable opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong phone presence.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound activity.
• Understand customer needs and route qualified opportunities toward closure.
• Manage pipeline and coordinate with the Digital Sales Lead APAC to hit targets.
