Job summary

Entsia is hiring a Delivery Manager in Sydney to own end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of customer accounts. You will lead cross-functional teams, translate commercial commitments into delivery plans, and actively manage risk, scope, and priorities to ensure reliable execution and strong customer outcomes.

You will partner with stakeholders to forecast delivery capacity, manage budgets, and drive improvement in delivery standards across implementations and ongoing delivery activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering customer outcomes in a SaaS or platform services environment.
• Experience managing delivery budgets, forecasting, and margin performance.
• Ability to manage stakeholder engagement, expectations, and escalation.
• Translate commercial commitments into practical delivery plans with scope, timing and capacity control.
• Strong leadership to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure reliable delivery across multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver successful customer outcomes across a defined portfolio with predictable execution.
• Own day-to-day delivery execution across implementations, enhancements, and ongoing activity.
• Identify and manage delivery risk, trade-offs, and priority dependencies.
• Maintain clear customer engagement and accountability; ensure follow-through on commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery practices and standards.
