Job summary

Element Power Co, a locally owned solar, battery and electrical business based in Wyong and servicing the Central Coast and Newcastle, is seeking an accredited sparky to join the crew.

You will install residential solar PV and battery systems (on-grid and hybrid), commission inverters and batteries, perform switchboard upgrades and handle compliance paperwork on site, delivering great service to customers.

Qualifications

• A-grade NSW electrical licence required.
• SAA accreditation (Grid-Connected PV; Battery Storage preferred) or near completion.
• Working at Heights ticket and White Card.
• Current driver’s license.
• Solar install experience strongly preferred.
• Tidy, reliable and customer oriented.

Responsibilities

• Install residential solar PV and battery systems (on-grid and hybrid).
• Inverter and battery commissioning, testing and handover to customers.
• Switchboard upgrades and general electrical work.
• Complete SWMS, compliance paperwork, CECs and STC documentation.
• Work with install team and represent the company on site.

We design and install solar PV and home battery systems that cut our customers' power bills, and we take pride in doing every job properly the first time. We're growing fast and need another accredited sparky to join the crew.

The role

Installing residential solar PV and battery systems (on-grid and hybrid)

Inverter and battery commissioning, testing and customer handover

Switchboard upgrades and general electrical work that comes with the jobs

Completing SWMS, compliance paperwork, CECs and STC documentation through our job apps

Working alongside our install team and representing Element Power Co on site

About you

A-grade electrical licence (NSW)

SAA accreditation (Grid-Connected PV Install; Battery Storage preferred), or close to completing it

Working at Heights ticket and White Card

Current driver's licence

Solar install experience strongly preferred

Tidy, reliable and great with customers
