MTAA NSW is seeking a skilled technician to perform scheduled maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair caravans and trailers to high standards. Training is provided to bridge learning curves across different vehicle types.

Join a multi-trade workshop that includes mechanical, auto electrical, automotive body building, insurance repairs, plumbing, welding and fabrication with opportunities for upskilling and progression.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Motor Mechanic/Automotive Underbody Technician Trade Licence.
• eSafety / AUVIS /HVAIS examiner (desirable).
• Have a genuine passion for the automotive industry and a willingness to learn.
• Have a down-to-earth personality.
• Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Hold a current automatic or manual driver's licence.
• Forklift licence (desirable).
• Open to career opportunities and progression (desirable).

Responsabilités

• Carry out repairs according to manufacturers requirements.
• Replace broken or defective parts.
• Test and replace components.
• Diagnose and repair faults.
• Use special test equipment.
• Maintain and repair braking systems.
• Our workshop's daily processes use up-to-date technology to provide the highest level of communication between the workshop and the front of the house.
