Western District Health Service is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join Casterton Memorial Hospital. Work across acute and aged care in a rural setting, with both full-time and part-time arrangements available.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in aged care, particularly dementia care (desirable).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
• Rights to work in Australia.

Responsabilités

• Deliver person-centred nursing care for residents and patients.
• Undertake clinical assessments and contribute to care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per requirements.
• Provide leadership and delegation to junior staff.
