Job summary

Western District Health Service is seeking compassionate Enrolled Nurses to join the Coleraine Campus in rural Victoria. Multiple full-time and part-time opportunities across aged care and acute services are available, with a focus on person-centred care and community integration.

You will contribute to clinical delivery, documentation and quality improvement while enjoying a supportive rural team and relocation assistance where applicable.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Commitment to safe, high‑quality and person‑centred care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong clinical and organisational skills.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Rights to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality nursing care across aged care and acute settings.
• Assist in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care with RNs and the MDT.
• Collaborate with patients, residents, families and teams to ensure coordinated, respectful care.
