Job summary

• Commitment to professional learning and staff wellbeing.
• Ability to engage with community and families in a rural setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, delivery, evaluation and improvement of education.
• Act as executive officer of the school council and support council meetings.
• Ensure financial and resource systems are effective.
• Represent the department in the school and the local community.
• Develop policy and strategic planning with staff and students.
• Promote inclusive, safe and supportive learning environment.
• Oversee collaboration with other small schools and cluster activities.
