Job summary

Department of Health in Tasmania is seeking a Project Support Officer to provide executive, project and administrative support to the Director Rural Pathways and the Rural Generalist Pathway Coordination Unit. You will coordinate projects and events, support stakeholder engagement, manage communications and online resources, and contribute to workforce development across Tasmania.

The role is fixed term, part time (30.4 hours per fortnight), commencing ASAP until 30 June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and events for the Rural Generalist Pathway program.
• Support stakeholder engagement across TAS health services and partners.
• Manage communications and online resources for TRGP Coordination Unit.
• Assist with committee activities and meeting administration.
• Provide executive, project and administrative support to the Director Rural Pathways.
