As the Acting Facility Nurse Manager at Harden Health Service, you will lead nursing services and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality, person‑centred care while maintaining daily operations for the community.

This temporary backfill position (until 28 November 2027) offers leadership opportunities, aims to strengthen workforce capability, foster a positive culture and drive service improvements within the MLHD.

Qualifikationen

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA/NMBA.
• Leadership/management experience with relevant qualifications in health management, policy and planning, business, or a commitment to pursuing these qualifications.
• Inspiring people leader who can motivate teams and lead change in healthcare.
• Operational and financial management skills balancing service demands with resources.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clinicians, managers, staff and stakeholders; valid Class C driver’s licence; willingness to travel.
