MLHD invites applications for the temporary Facility Nurse Manager – Batlow/Adelong, a full-time leadership role until 5 June 2027. You will lead local health services, influence care delivery, and drive quality and workforce development in Batlow and Adelong.

The role requires an RN with AHPRA registration and proven leadership, managing budgets, workforce and partnerships to deliver patient-centred care in a regional NSW setting.

Qualifikationen

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Leadership and management experience with relevant qualifications or progress towards.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
