Job summary

NSW Health is seeking an Acting Facility Nurse Manager for Harden (Murrumburrah) to lead nursing services and drive safe, high-quality, person-centred care in a temporary backfill role until 2027.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, champion continuous improvement and foster a positive workplace culture while managing workforce capability and service delivery to the Harden community.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA/NMBA and practice per professional standards.
• Strong leadership and management experience with relevant qualifications or commitment to them.
• Inspiring people leader who can motivate teams and drive change in a contemporary healthcare environment.
• Proven operational and financial management skills balancing service demands and resources.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clinicians, staff and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
