Job summary

The University of Western Australia’s Rural Clinical School of Western Australia (RCSWA) is offering a full-time fixed-term role to support rural medical student placement programs. You will coordinate administrative and logistical services, provide high-quality advice to students, staff and external stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements that enhance the student experience.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification or an equivalent combination of education, training and administrative experience.
• Demonstrated experience providing high-level administrative support in a complex, service-oriented environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with colleagues, students and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business systems, together with a commitment to teamwork, continuous improvement and quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver a broad range of administrative and logistical services that support the successful delivery of rural medical student placement programs.
• Provide high-quality advice and support to students, staff and external stakeholders, responding to complex enquiries with initiative, judgement and a customer-focused approach.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by enhancing administrative processes, systems and workflows that support effective program delivery and the student experience.
