S8 in Australia is seeking a Sales & Nutrition Account Manager to serve farmers across Western Victoria, blending sales acumen with livestock nutrition guidance. You’ll be the trusted face, managing an existing customer base, tailoring feed programs, and supporting farm profitability through relationship-based growth.

This role offers a fully field-based schedule with a company car and the chance to partner with a well-established, family-owned business that prioritizes service and genuine

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years experience in ag sales, account management, business development, or as a ruminant nutritionist.
• Local network with Western Victoria agricultural community.
• Sales & nutrition savvy with understanding of livestock nutrition.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel between farms.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage, retain, and expand our customer base across the ruminant segment.
• Partner with local livestock farmers, understanding their operations and serving as their advisor.
• Tailor feed and nutrition programs to boost farm productivity and herd health.
• Manage full sales cycle from farmgate chats to closing deals and ongoing support.
