You’ll work across sponsorships, activation, and rights management, turning assets into programmes that support client objectives.

Reporting to a Senior Account Manager in London, you’ll collaborate with client teams and rightsholders across international markets, with travel as needed and a focus on delivering integrated

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in sports partnerships, sponsorship activation or partnership marketing, ideally 4–6+ years.
• Experience managing rights, assets and activation workstreams from planning through delivery.
• Strong client and stakeholder relationship skills with clear communication.
• Collaborative, proactive approach with attention to detail and good judgement.
• Ability to collaborate across international time zones and travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Support the day-to-day management and activation of a major global rugby partnership in Australia.
• Build relationships with clients, rights holders and agency partners to align global plans with local needs.
• Manage rights and assets, including planning, approvals, deadlines, tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate activation across ticketing, hospitality, brand integration, content and talent.
• Prepare client presentations, status updates and post-activation recaps across markets.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, experiential, communications and talent teams for integrated programmes.
