Job summary

Adelaide University Rugby is seeking a part-time Operations Manager (0.6FTE) to oversee the day-to-day administration, coordination and operations of the club. The role interfaces with AUSF, Rugby SA, players, coaches and stakeholders to ensure compliant, well-governed and smoothly run operations.

The role supports the Head Coach, coordinates facilities, communications, events and reporting, and manages grants, sponsorship and finances.

Qualifications

• Part-time 0.6FTE
• Experience in administration or club management is advantageous
• Knowledge of governance and risk in a sports club would help
