Job summary

The Aboriginal Health Council of Western Australia (AHCWA) is seeking an experienced RTO Manager to oversee the Registered Training Organisation’s operations, ensuring compliance with the Standards for RTOs 2025 and TAC WA.

You will lead TAS development, assessment resources, validation, and audits while building strong partnerships with ACC and other training providers to strengthen workforce capability across the WA Aboriginal health sector.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in RTO management.
• Strong understanding of the Standards for RTOs 2025.
• Experience leading TAS development, assessment resources and validation.
• Leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, contracts and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of AHCWA’s RTO and ensure compliance with Standards for RTOs 2025 and TAC WA.
• Oversee training product lifecycle, TAS development, assessment tools, validation and moderation.
• Ensure digital systems and student management support compliance and quality learner experiences.
• Provide leadership in quality assurance, risk management and audit readiness.
• Build partnerships with ACC, FNO, TAFE, universities and sector partners.
• Lead industry and workforce engagement to align training with WA ACCHS needs.
• Manage financial, reporting and contractual requirements of the RTO.
• Recruit, mentor and support a new RTO team.
