Job summary

Aboriginal Health Council of South Australia is seeking a Manager, Clinical Education & Student Experience to provide strategic and operational leadership for AHCSA's education delivery and learner experience functions. The role ensures high-quality, culturally safe vocational education and supports learner success and workforce development.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in education delivery and learner experience programs.
• Strong understanding of Aboriginal community contexts and culturally safe practice.
• Experience leading education delivery within a Registered Training Organisation or equivalent.
• Experience developing operational policies to support governance and compliance.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary education teams and learner-support staff.
• Postgraduate or relevant qualification in Education, Leadership or Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for high-quality, culturally safe vocational education and training across the RTO.
• Lead development and implementation of innovative learning, assessment and student support practices.
• Ensure compliance with ASQA, AHPRA and VET standards; maintain educational quality.
• Drive continuous improvement through performance monitoring and stakeholder feedback.
• Strengthen workforce pathways by building partnerships with employers, industry and community.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of educators and student support staff.
• Contribute to organisational strategy, policy development and resource management.
