Job summary

Insitu Pacific, a Boeing company, seeks an RPAS Instructor (Maintenance/Operator) to review, update and deliver RPAS training for technicians and to conduct flight training for staff and customers in Australia and overseas. Occasional 4‑month international assignments may occur.

You will ensure content compliance with contracts and regulatory standards, coordinate resources, and support the Flight Operations team with RPAS maintenance and mission planning.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Avionics/ Technical/ Structures) and TA/Instructor training
• Knowledge of RPAS and mission planning components
• Understanding of maintenance tools, troubleshooting and standards
• IT skills covering applications, hardware and networks

Responsibilities

• Review training syllabuses, class rosters and trainee records.
• Deliver and evaluate RPAS training for Maintenance Technicians.
• Provide flight training to staff and customers in Australia and overseas.
• Support Flight Operations on domestic and international assignments up to 4 months.
