Job summary

HBF Health is seeking an enthusiastic Robotics Process Automation Developer to join the Process Transformation team in Perth. This early-career role focuses on identifying opportunities, designing and delivering automation solutions to create measurable value.

You’ll work with business and technology stakeholders, apply Agile/Lean practices, and help grow HBF's automation capability across the organisation. This is a permanent, hybrid role based in Perth.

Qualifications

• Experience in RPA, software development, testing, process improvement or a related technical discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile or Lean environments.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and translate business needs into practical solutions.
• A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Design, develop, test, implement, support and maintenance of RPA solutions
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to solve operational challenges
• Facilitate workshops and uncover opportunities for continuous improvement
• Contribute to automation standards, governance and best practice
• Support the growth of automation capability across HBF
