Job summary

HUB24 is seeking a Team Lead, RPA to lead the Automation Centre (HAC). You will combine hands-on UiPath expertise with people leadership to deliver scalable automation across HUB24.

You’ll own platform health, governance and security while mentoring a team of developers, analysts and support staff. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities, drive improvements and ensure reliable, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading automation or technology delivery teams in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with UiPath, including orchestration, platform administration and environment management.
• Experience delivering, supporting and enhancing automation solutions, with at least 5 years working with RPA technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to balance technical leadership with people leadership and coaching responsibilities.
• Experience operating in regulated environments with strong security, compliance and risk-management requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of RPA practitioners, fostering ownership and collaboration.
• Oversee delivery of automation initiatives from discovery to build, testing, deployment and support.
• Remain hands-on in solution design, development and complex problem resolution.
• Own day-to-day operation, health and continuous improvement of UiPath platform and environments.
• Ensure automations are secure, scalable and governed to HUB24 standards.
• Act as escalation point for production incidents and drive root cause analysis.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver measurable value.
• Manage delivery capacity, planning and reporting for predictable outcomes.
• Drive technical excellence through standards, components and knowledge sharing.

At HUB24, we’re transforming how work gets done through intelligent automation. As Team Lead, RPA, you’ll lead our HUB24 Automation Centre (HAC), combining hands-on technical expertise with people leadership to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

You’ll own the performance, reliability and continuous improvement of our UiPath platform and automation portfolio while leading a team of RPA Developers, Business Analysts and Support Analysts. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll help identify automation opportunities, deliver scalable solutions and ensure our automation services are secure, resilient and well governed.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of RPA practitioners, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the delivery of automation initiatives from discovery and design through to build, testing, deployment and support.
• Remain hands‑on in solution design, development and complex problem resolution.
• Own the day‑to‑day operation, health and continuous improvement of the UiPath platform, including orchestration, environments and platform governance.
• Ensure automations are secure, scalable, supportable and aligned with HUB24 technology and governance standards.
• Act as the escalation point for production incidents, driving root cause analysis and continuous service improvement.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, prioritise initiatives and deliver measurable value.
• Manage delivery capacity, planning and reporting to ensure predictable and high‑quality outcomes.
• Drive technical excellence through development standards, reusable components, documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Cyber Security, DevOps and external partners to deliver robust automation solutions

What you bring

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience leading automation or technology delivery teams in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with UiPath, including orchestration, platform administration and environment management.
• Experience delivering, supporting and enhancing automation solutions, with at least 5 years working with RPA technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to balance technical leadership with people leadership and coaching responsibilities.
• Strong experience managing production support, incident response, monitoring, alerting and root cause analysis.
• Deep understanding of software delivery practices, governance, operational readiness and lifecycle management.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience operating in regulated environments with strong security, compliance and risk‑management requirements.
• Exposure to Power Platform, Copilot Studio or broader AI and low‑code technologies will be highly regarded.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• UiPath certification and experience in financial services are advantageous.
