Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in a process-driven finance, royalties, rights management or related operational role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex recording and licensing agreements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, detailed workflows while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support royal ty operations across Australia and New Zealand, including team inbox management, workflow tools, Zendesk requests, and issue resolution.
• Own the end-to-end royalty process for New Zealand, including sales processing, reconciliations, statement preparation, and payment processing.
• Act as a key point of contact for royalty-related enquiries from Business Affairs, artists, management, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with the preparation and collation of information required for royalty audits.
